The start of something new!

This Sunday on April 29,2012 for the for the first time I am starting Cheerleading at Flipside Too, Flipside is a Cheerleanding Tumbling and Dance group for ages of 5-18. Our coach was a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader and is excited to see her new group of  cheerleader come in I been waiting  for this for about a month now and its almost here even though I have to miss my cousim sixthtenth birthday party. My Friend Dewania and I  are excited to see what new tumbles, cheers, and stunts were learning  were gonna go out there and kick some butt  I am very excited.

Earth Day

Things we can do to help the earth are, not litering because if we keep litering than our earth looks trash and people dont lioke pickin up trash from other and we want our earth to look nice. Another way we can help the earth is by truning off the lights whenever we leave a room for example like sing the restroom just turn off your light or ect. When no one is home turn off everything in your house like if your going on vacation for a couple weeks turn off everything in your house it save you money and energy for or earth. Well I hope you use these ways to help you help  the earth out there are many more ways to save the earth to just the littlest things make it better!

Todays track meet!

Today we have a track meet called Glass Town - Classic its a Crystal  City track meet. We are having this track meet at Festus because there track is concrete and there is only five lanes and it would take forever to finish this meet! Today I will be running in the open 200 the 4x400 and the 4x100 these are my good events. I know were gonna win this track meet because we won the last 2/3 we had before.We  vs about 7 or 8 teams and thats a hard competion but wish me luck in my races and my team!

What type of award motivated me???

What type award motivate's me??? Well I like award's like Hot Sheet awards when we get to have our cell phones out in lunch and paws. I think we should judt have that award every week instead of  free soda at lunch cause there just waisting money on stuff we really dont need and we could spend that money on stuff we do need like new lockers or better lighting. When we have our cell phone out then its free and if some people dont have some they can bring in something eles like DSI  gameboys little eltrical toys like bop it but no bigger than that.Well I hope that's how we have our awards.

Sweet 16th

Today is  Thursday April 5, 2012! That mean today is Toni suprise birthday party. We having he birthday party at Best Westren in Festus over by the Y.M.C.A! Its her 16th teenth birthday party and you have to dress up as if you a famous walking down the red capet. I rally havent decided what i am goin to wear yet all my friends are wearing pencil skirts and heels and a nice ruffle shirt I was thinkn about wearing a dress that my friend is letting me borrow I think her birthday party gonna be the best Sweet 16th anyone will ever have i cant wait to go to her party. I think i am getting her 10 dollors and a cute card!

How to stay healthy!

Healthy was to stay healthy is we all know to start out our day with breakfest. But here are some other way s we can stay healthy. In a day we need to stay hydrated and at leased get an hour of excerise in. You need to eat 3 meals a day breakfest, lunch, and dinner. When your eatting a healty way to eat is by not eatting fast your supposed to take a bite of your food and then chew and wait about a minute before taking another bite. Dont eat a large amount of food and when your bored dont eat either find something active to do like take a run or ride a bike! Well them were some ways to stay healthy!
