Healthy was to stay healthy is we all know to start out our day with breakfest. But here are some other way s we can stay healthy. In a day we need to stay hydrated and at leased get an hour of excerise in. You need to eat 3 meals a day breakfest, lunch, and dinner. When your eatting a healty way to eat is by not eatting fast your supposed to take a bite of your food and then chew and wait about a minute before taking another bite. Dont eat a large amount of food and when your bored dont eat either find something active to do like take a run or ride a bike! Well them were some ways to stay healthy!
