Staying Healthy



There are many ways to stay healthy. My way of staying healthy is by running. I run on my own when track and cross country aren't going on. When they are going on the whole team runs together. Running when these sports are not going on helps me to be in good shape when track and cross country start. So while other people are trying to get into shape I am just trying to get better and faster. This is a great way to stay healthy, but there are many other ways too. For example, other people play different sports like baseball, football, basketball, soccer etc.
