Ergonomics are the study of a work space and how the body uses the equiment. Some of my bad habbits are leaning back in the chair. People shoud sit up straight and there forearms should be at a 90 degree angle. Someother tips are if you need talk and type at the same time then a head set would be helpful because if your on the phone and doin something eles you gotta turn your neck in the same place and that can cause pain. I hope these ways help you from you bad habbits!
